Here’s how Lionel Messi’s assisting Lowe’s ahead of Copa America 2024 | Pro Hub of News

Argentinian football star Lionel Messi has teamed up with the popular home improvement retail company Lowe’s, leveraging his growing popularity in the US since joining Inter Miami CF last year.

Under the agreement, Lowe’s, based in North Carolina, becomes Inter Miami’s official partner for home improvement. The hardware store has also secured a partnership with the South American football tournament Copa America, in which the 36-year-old Messi is set to participate.

In a bid to connect with football fans, Lowe’s stated on its website: “To engage soccer enthusiasts, Lowe’s is scoring big with a triple play. We’re partnering with Lionel Messi, hailed as the world’s best soccer player, Major League Soccer Club Inter Miami CF, and the upcoming CONMEBOL Copa América 2024 USA.”

Gerardo Soto, Lowe’s vice president of brand marketing and sports partnerships, emphasized Messi’s prowess, noting his record-breaking number of assists exceeding 350 throughout his career. Soto remarked, “Teaming up with Leo aligns with Lowe’s commitment to assisting our customers.”

The US men’s national football team is gearing up to host Brazil for a friendly match on June 12, following a match against Colombia at FedExField in Landover, Maryland, on June 9.

Copa America 2024 is scheduled to commence on June 20 at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The tournament’s final is slated for July 14 at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium, with matches taking place across 14 cities in the United States, as reported by Fox Sports.
