Just days after his initial arrest, Taylor Swift’s stalker was reportedly observed once again lurking outside her New York City apartment. On Monday, the New York Police Department spokesperson informed Page Six that an arrest had been made after community members confirmed the presence of a “person of concern” in the area. The identity of the individual has not been disclosed.

According to the outlet, the alleged stalker was seen hanging around Taylor Swift’s residence at around 3 p.m., but law enforcement did not take him into custody until 6 p.m. An eyewitness stated that the authorities acted upon the singer’s security team’s advice to apprehend the man.

The previous Saturday, officers received a complaint about a “disorderly person” near Taylor Swift’s home. Upon arrival, they were informed that the individual had attempted to open the door to a building at the location. A neighbor shared that the suspect had expressed a desire to see Taylor and, at one point, even had flowers in his possession.

This incident follows the recent arrest when the individual reportedly tried to break into Taylor Swift’s apartment.
