Mark Zuckerberg indulges himself with massive $300 million luxury superyacht ‘Launchpad’ | Pro Hub of News

According to reports from The Sun and New York Post, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has reportedly treated himself to a luxurious $300 million superyacht named the Launchpad. The 287-foot vessel recently arrived at Fort Lauderdale’s port in the US after completing its maiden voyage, as reported by Business Insider.

The Launchpad, built by renowned yacht builder Feadship in the Netherlands, boasts a dark blue hull and multiple decks, with a gross tonnage of around 5,000 and a top speed of 24 knots, according to Superyacht Times.

This 118-meter superyacht is a rare find, with only 70 motor yachts over 100 meters in existence, some owned by other members of the billionaire club, as noted by BOAT International.

Mark Zuckerberg, known for his leadership at Meta Platforms (the parent company of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Threads), has accumulated a personal fortune of approximately $178 billion, according to Forbes.

In a recent post on his platform, Zuckerberg reflected on the journey of building Meta over the past two decades and expressed optimism about the future, particularly focusing on artificial intelligence and the metaverse as long-term priorities for Meta Platforms.
