‘Bro not bad’: Cristiano Ronaldo comments on Mesut Ozil’s gym video | Pro Hub of News

Portugal’s national team captain and football star Cristiano Ronaldo recently left a comment on an Instagram video posted by his former teammate Mesut Ozil. The video showed Ozil working out in a gym, showcasing his dedication to fitness even after retiring from professional football in March 2023.

Ozil, known for his playmaking abilities during his peak, has surprised many fans with his muscular physique in the recent video, a departure from his image as a player who wasn’t particularly known for exceptional physical attributes during his active playing days.

Cristiano Ronaldo, like many others, appeared surprised by Ozil’s transformation and left a comment on the post. Ozil, a World Cup winner in 2014, made a name for himself with a standout performance in the 2010 World Cup, earning a move to Real Madrid where he formed a strong partnership with Ronaldo under manager Jose Mourinho.

During his time at Real Madrid, Ozil played 159 matches, scoring 27 goals and providing 81 assists. He played a pivotal role in Madrid’s success, including their La Liga triumph with 100 points in 2012. In 2013, Ozil moved to Arsenal, where he spent eight years and played 254 matches, scoring 44 goals and providing 79 assists. He also won several trophies with Arsenal, including four FA Cups and two Community Shields.

After his stint at Arsenal, Ozil played for Turkish club Fenerbahce before announcing his retirement at the age of 34 in March 2023.
