Taylor Swift received a heartfelt welcome to Ireland ahead of her Eras Tour, greeted by a bouquet of flowers posted on her Instagram story. The gift came from none other than the iconic rock band U2, who left a card with a playful message: “Dear Taylor, welcome back to our hometown…leave some of it standing?!!!! Your Irish fan club, Bono, Edge, Adam and Larry.”

Swift, clearly touched by the gesture, responded on Instagram: “Already feeling that Irish hospitality!! @u2, thanks for always being the classiest & coolest,” accompanied by an Irish flag emoji.

This isn’t the first time U2 has extended such a warm welcome. In 2018, during her Reputation tour in Dublin, they surprised her with red roses and a note simply signed, “From your Irish fan club.”
